Parent-Child Assistance Program
The Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP) is a three-year-intervention of tailored, in-home, structured case management designed for women and birthing people who use alcohol or substances during pregnancy. Rooted in relational theory, PCAP provides trauma-informed, evidence-based, and goal-oriented support to clients to build their autonomy and establish a strong support network in the community.
"I appreciate PCAP so much for all that the team has done for my son and I. I appreciate how my Advocate never gave up on me and is an inspiration to me."
