Hallie Merry is one of the advocates with the Parent Child Assistance Program. Hallie has a background in Psychology and Early Childhood Development. She is passionate about harm reduction and improving the quality of life of woman/birthing people in the community. By working directly with PCAP clients, she has been able to watch them flourish and accomplish their goals.

Kelly Carline is an Advocate with the Parent-Child Assistance Program. Kelly has a background in refugee resettlement working with marginalized people to mitigate barriers to successful settling in Canada. In her work with PCAP, Kelly works frontline with moms identifying and working closely toward achievement of client goals.

As a registered social worker, she is committed to fostering resilience and empowering her clients to achieve their goals through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. With her experience in community development, Kyla understands the importance of building supportive, collaborative environments where families can thrive. She is dedicated to meeting each individual where they are, honoring their unique strengths and stories, and fostering a safe, non-judgemental space to support her clients.
